• Contact Name (required)
• Phone Number (required)
• Email (required)
• Link to your company website
• Brief Description of your company
• Image (Logo or picture that you would like to represent your company)
• What type of service you provide

Below items are not required for initial registration but will be necessary before contracts can be awarded.

• Proof of Metis Citizenship (ie.  picture of Metis Card)
• Saskatchewan WCB Letter (ie. Letter of Good Standing)
• Certificate of Insurance 
• Banking Information

For subcontracting opportunities, please register for the Métis Business Registry and your company will be included in any upcoming bidding and tendering opportunities.
