In June 2023, NexGen Energy partnered with the Métis Nation – Saskatchewan’s Northern Region II (NR2) to sign an Impact Benefit Agreement (IBA) aimed at fostering economic development and mutual prosperity. Through its wholly owned economic development enterprise, Clearwater Clearlake Métis Ventures Limited Partnership (CCMV), NR2 is committed to pursuing meaningful opportunities that drive growth and create lasting benefits for the community.
